Teddy Bishop is a highly respected Grammy Award-winning, multi-platinum producer, songwriter, and composer. Early in his career as a producer, LA Reid recognized his talents and quickly took Teddy under his wing and became his mentor. During that time, Teddy was afforded the opportunity to work with Toni Braxton on her debut LP and his contributions aided in the success of over 18 million copies sold. From there, Teddy became one of Atlanta's heavily sought-after producers and was often called upon to work with various artists. And his productions caused many of those artists to achieve #1 Billboard and/or multi-platinum status such as, Montell Jordan's single "Let's Ride," Toni Braxton's hit "Just Be A Man About It," the late Aaliyah's "I Miss You" (which held the #1 video spot on BET's 106 & Park for over 65 weeks), and LaToya Luckett's#1 hit "Torn" (also a #1 video on BET's 106 & Park). Teddy has contributed to the sales of more than 60 million albums worldwide and his productions span different genres from Whitney Houston to Brittany Spears, Usher to Master P, to name a few.

Matthew Head is a Film/TV Music Producer who has built a career through sheer talent, resilience and by earning the respect of power players within his industry including Oprah Winfrey and celebrated Broadway director, Kenny Leon. Through these coveted positions, the Marietta native’s work has won an Emmy, an NAACP Image Award, a Peabody Award, and countless nominations. With over 50 credits to his name, Matthew brings masterful insight and a keen ear to each and every project. From hard-hitting documentaries that challenge the viewer to change the way they think about the world to light-hearted comedies that offers the escapism movies often do; from packed theaters to a home audience, no matter the scale he uses his unique ability to move an audience through music; to take a scene and accentuate key moments to increase the intensity of a line, word, glance or motion.

Byron Wright, Director, A&R Warner/Chappell was named one of Billboard Magazine’s 2011 Top Power 30 Music Executives under 30. It is certain that he is making a positive impact on the growth of recording artists and quality entertainment for years to come. Byron is an Atlanta native and graduate of North Atlanta High School and the University of West Georgia, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing. As a successful and diligent college student Byron embarked on internships with some of Atlanta’s most notable record labels including, Jermaine Dupri’s So So Def Recordings and Lil Jon’s BME Recordings. As an intern, Byron learned every aspect of the music business including: marketing, production, promotion and publicity. Through hard work and determination Byron gained respect from several artists and executives, which set him on his path of success. As a Director at BMI, Byron is responsible for bringing new talent to the powerhouse corporation and maintaining relationships with existing songwriters, producers and music publishers. Byron has been responsible for signing Future, Lex Luger, Travis Porter, Kane Beatz, Sonny Digital and Bangladesh to name a few. Byron also assists with the coordination and creation of songwriter events, showcases and seminars both locally and nationally, including the coveted BMI Urban Awards. In addition, Byron assists BMI affiliates and executives with creative and administrative functions. Byron sets a standard of character in the music and entertainment industry by maintaining his humility, respectability and drive to succeed, while also giving back to the community that provided him with the opportunity to achieve his goals.

Condace Pressley (moderator) is Director of Community Affairs for Cox Media Group. In her new role, Pressley oversees community efforts across all media platforms, including WSB-TV, Atlanta Journal Constitution, and CMG’s four Atlanta radio stations. She is an award-winning journalist, morning personality, and 2016 inductee into the Georgia Radio Hall of Fame. Many in Atlanta are familiar with her voice as reporter/anchor on KISS 104.1 and on News 95.5 and AM750 WSB. She is the producer and host of the Sunday public affairs program ‘Perspectives.’ A 2016 graduate of Leadership Atlanta, Condace is a distinguished University of Georgia alumna joining the Centennial Class of Fellows of the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication in 2015. The History Makers, the world’s largest African American oral video history archive profiled Pressley in 2014 for her significant contributions to media. Condace is a former President of both the National and Atlanta Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) and was Atlanta’s 2012 Pioneer Black Journalist. Condace is active in the community having served on the boards of Girls, Inc., The Georgia Ballet, The YWCA of NW Georgia, and Hosea Helps where she served as board chair. She continues to volunteer with Leadership Atlanta and enjoys mentoring, and has passion for the arts and travel.
